Assign required Security Roles to system users

In order to use the address validation autocomplete controls or the background workflows, users must be assigned the proper privileges.  Assign the Security Role named “SharpXRM - Address Validation User” to users that should be able to perform address verification.
  1. Navigate to the Power Platform Admin Center and select Environments
  2. Pick the environment being configured, and got to Settings -> Users
  3. Select the users that need access to perform address verification
  4. Click on "Manage security roles"
  5. Select the role named “SharpXRM – Address Validation User”
  6. Click on Save

The “SharpXRM – Address Validation User” security role gives users the ability to access Configurations and License information. These privileges can be added to another custom security role if needed. Only do this if you are familiar with Security Roles configuration.

The “SharpXRM – Address Validation Administrator” security role gives users the ability to manage some of the Address Validation parameters such as the API Key configuration, the advanced settings and the field mapping for background validation. These privileges can be added to another custom security role if needed. Only do this if you are familiar with Security Roles configuration.
